Lincoln International represents Bosch in the sale of its Automotive Horns business unit to an industrial consortium led by Schabmüller and SMT Scharf
Bosch sold its non-core Automotive Horns business unit. The manufacturing operations will be continued by an industrial consortium and the production facility augmented with additional products to enable the ongoing use of the site in La Carolina (Spain).
