Lincoln International Represents Monomoy Capital Partners in the sale of SRC to Buckingham Capital Partners and Stelaris
Lincoln International LLC, a leading global mid-market investment bank, has announced the sale of SRC, Inc. (“SRC” or the “Company”) to Buckingham Capital Partners II, L.P. and Stelaris LLC. SRC was a portfolio company of Monomoy Capital Partners, L.P. (“Monomoy”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
SRC is a leading producer of magnesium flux, anhydrous magnesium chloride and magnesium chloride solution to customers in both the U.S. and abroad. The Company supplies critical, high value products that are consumed to support a variety of end markets, including aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer products and packaging. With facilities in Cleveland, Ohio and Albany, Oregon, SRC operated as a non-core division of Compass Automotive Group, a Monomoy portfolio company, until it was spun off into a standalone company in June 2009.
