Lincoln International Represents Nashua Corporation in Announced Sale to Cenveo, Inc. 

CHICAGO, May 7, 2009 - Cenveo, Inc (NYSE: CVO) has announced an agreement to acquire Nashua Corporation (Nasdaq: NSHA) in a transaction involving a combination of cash and stock. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including approval of Nashua’s shareholders, and is expected to close during the summer. Lincoln International is the exclusive financial advisor to Nashua and has also rendered a fairness opinion to its board of directors.

Founded in 1849, Nashua is one of the industry’s most highly regarded manufacturers and converters of label and specialty paper products with 650 employees and manufacturing facilities in California, Nebraska, New Hampshire and Tennessee, USA.
