Lincoln International Represents Global Motorsport Group in a Sale Pursuant to Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code

CHICAGO  March 7, 2008 - Lincoln International acted as financial advisor to Global Motorsport Group in the Section 363 sale of certain operating assets to Dae-Il USA, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of publicly traded Dae-Il Corporation (Korea Stock Exchange), a Korean manufacturer of automotive and motorcycle engines and transmissions.  With over $100 million in Fiscal Year 2008 revenue, Global Motorsport Group is one of the leading distributors of premium third-party and branded motorcycle aftermarket parts and accessories in North America and Europe.

Lincoln International worked closely with Global Motorsport Group to maximize value for stakeholders through a sale process that was ultimately conducted pursuant to Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code.  By identifying a wide array of potential strategic and financial partners and structuring a comprehensive process prior to a bankruptcy filing, Lincoln was able to help generate a successful "stalking horse" bidder that streamlined the Company's reorganization efforts as a "debtor-in-possession" under jurisdiction of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the district of Delaware.

The Global Motorsport Group transaction represents Lincoln's second bankruptcy-related advisory assignment announced in 2008.  The sale of Global Motorsport Group also builds upon Lincoln International's extensive experience executing cross-border transactions by leveraging its global presence to contact strategic buyers worldwide.
