Our approach

Although negotiations sometimes require a robust stance, we believe that a collaborative approach to a shared problem is generally preferable in order to avoid jeopardising an important long-term relationship between trustees and sponsors.

We are always discreet and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.  We work with confidential (often price-sensitive) information and believe that in most cases it is best for scheme / sponsor negotiations to take place privately, outside of the public domain.

We have developed a differentiated service which provides a cost-effective, corporate finance based (rather than accounting or actuarial) approach to sponsor covenant assessment which provides clear advice that complements the actuarial, investment consulting and legal advice already received by the scheme.
