Lincoln International’s Restructuring and Special Situations Group has extensive experience advising businesses and their constituencies during periods of financial challenge or unique circumstances, having completed approximately 75 restructuring or special situations transactions since 2001. 

We help our clients solve their problems in a challenging, typically time-sensitive environment.  By having Lincoln International design and implement uniquely tailored solutions, our clients and their key constituencies are able to resolve their issues in a timely and effective manner.

Our services include the following:

  • Negotiating with the current lenders and/or investors to restructure a balance sheet
