Lincoln International Represents Olympus Partners in the Sale of Ann’s House of Nuts to Gryphon Investors
Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, has announced that Ann’s House of Nuts, Inc. (“Ann’s” or the “Company”) has been sold to Gryphon Investors. Ann’s was a portfolio company of Olympus Partners, a private equity firm based in Stamford, Connecticut.
Based in Columbia, Maryland, Ann’s is the world’s leading producer of trail mixes and a leading provider of snack nuts, dried fruits and other healthy snack products. The Company formulates, imports, processes and markets a comprehensive array of trail mixes, snack mixes, nuts, dried fruits and other on-trend snacks for global distribution through a broad group of outlets including supercenter / mass merchandiser retail, grocery store, wholesale club, convenience store, specialty retail, military and bulk industrial channels. Within many of these channels, Ann’s is the largest provider of private label (store brand) trail mixes globally and a leading supplier of private label nuts and dried fruit. Gryphon Investors is a private equity firm that partners with management teams in leveraged acquisitions of and growth investments in middle-market companies.
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Olympus Partners, working closely with Ann’s senior management team throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
