Lincoln International Represents BreconRidge Corporation in its Sale to Sanmina-SCI Corporation (NASDQ: SANM), a Leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Provider
 

CHICAGO, May 28, 2010 - Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, acted as the exclusive financial advisor to BreconRidge Corporation (“BreconRidge” or the “Company”) in the sale of the Company to Sanmina-SCI Corporation (NASDQ: SANM) (“Sanmina”) for approximately $53 million.
