Lincoln International represents KfW-IPEX Beteiligungsholding in the sale of Movesta Lease and Finance to LHI Group
KfW-IPEX Beteiligungsholding GmbH and IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG have sold Movesta Lease and Finance GmbH, Dusseldorf, to LHI Group.
Movesta Lease and Finance is a leading specialist in the structuring of complex investment projects. Products and services offered by Movesta Lease and Finance include individual models for real estate, large movable assets as well as special forms of financing for medium-sized companies and company groups from a plethora of industries. At present, the company manages a leasing portfolio with a total procurement value of around Euro 4 billion.
LHI Group is one of the leading providers of leasing solutions for real estate as well as for intangible assets in Germany and Europe. LHI Group plans to further expand its market position. IKB and KfW divest Movesta Lease and Finance in connection with demands from the EU Commission in relation to the approval of state aid received by IKB.
