GRISWOLD SPECIAL CARE Completes Recapitalization

 

Griswold International, LLC (d/b/a GRISWOLD SPECIAL CARE) a successful, growing non-medical home care company has completed a recapitalization with a private investment group.  The terms were not disclosed.  Lincoln International LLC acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the newly formed entity, Griswold International, LLC.
