in the Sale of Select Exhaust Business Sites to Bienes Turgon

CHICAGO, May 11, 2009 – Lincoln International LLC (through its wholly-owned affiliate Lincoln Partners Advisors LLC), advised Delphi Corporation (PINKSHEETS: DPHIQ) on its sale of assets and shares related to the company’s global exhaust business in Blonie, Poland; Clayton, Australia; Port Elizabeth, South Africa; joint venture interests in Monterrey, Mexico; and technical centers in Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA and Bascharage, Luxembourg to Mexican company Bienes Turgon. 

Leveraging its global footprint and working in an expedited timeframe to achieve a successful result despite an unprecedented automotive industry backdrop, Lincoln International worked closely with Delphi to craft a comprehensive global marketing strategy which involved contacting more than 200 potential acquirers on six continents, coordinating the due diligence process and selecting a stalking horse bidder.

This transaction marks the eighth cross-border transaction completed by Lincoln International this year, bringing the firm’s cross-border percentage for the year to almost 50%.
