Lincoln International advised TelDaFax Group on the divestiture of Value POS GmbH to the Management

TelDaFax Group – headquartered in Troisdorf, Germany – sold its subsidiary Value POS GmbH, Kriftel, to the Management.

Value POS GmbH is a developer and distributor of mobile payment systems in Germany and Austria. Its products enable secure credit card payments via mobile phone technology. Value POS’s subsidiary in Sofia, Bulgaria, focuses on software development for Value POS GmbH and third parties.

TelDaFax Group is a leading independent service provider for electricity, natural gas and telecommunication for private customers as well as small to medium-sized companies in Germany. In the financial year 2008, TelDaFax Group generated a total output of approx. EUR 300m with approx. 300 employees.
