Lincoln International's Building and Construction Group advises Skyline Windows in an investment led by Merit Capital Partners
CHICAGO, Illinois, October 1, 2007 - Lincoln International, a leading mid-market investment bank, today announced the investment in Skyline Windows, LLC ("Skyline") by Merit Capital Partners ("Merit"). Skyline was a portfolio company of LINX Partners ("LINX"). LINX will retain a minority interest in Skyline following the transaction.
Based in New York City, Skyline is a leading manufacturer and installer of architectural aluminum replacement windows and window systems. Skyline serves New York City and the East Coast.
