Lincoln International Advises Endeavour Capital on its investment in Andrews Electronics and Merchandising Technologies, Inc. 
 
LOS ANGELES, California, October 9, 2007 -- Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, has announced that it provided advisory services to Endeavour Capital on its simultaneous investment in Andrews Electronics and Merchandising Technologies, Inc. 
 
Andrews Electronics (Andrews), a privately held company founded in 1950 and headquartered in Santa Clarita, California, is a leading provider of inventory management solutions to consumer electronics retailers. Headquartered in Hillsboro, Ore., Merchandising Technologies, Inc. (MTI) is a privately held company that has been designing and building innovative interactive merchandising displays since 1977. Endeavour Capital facilitated the Andrews and MTI transaction to assist in the creation of an industry-leading provider of a full suite of services and solutions to the nation's largest consumer electronics retailers.


Endeavour currently manages funds with over $450 million in equity capital. Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Lake Oswego, OR, Endeavour has offices in Portland OR, Seattle WA, and Los Angeles CA. The group invests in partnership with management teams in leading companies in the Western United States.

Lincoln International's Consumer group, which focuses on retail infrastructure, provided comprehensive industry diligence to confirm Endeavour's investment thesis and determine if the combination of Andrews and MTI would enhance the value proposition for consumer electronics retailers.
