Lincoln International advises ARQUES Industries AG on the sale of SKS Stakusit Bautechnik GmbH to Austrian company Hella Group

Frankfurt, July 2007 - on July 26 2007, publicly listed  financial investor ARQUES Industries AG announced the sale of its portfolio business SKS Stakusit Bautechnik GmbH to Austrian company Hella Group. 

With revenues of around 40m Euro and approximately 300 employees, SKS-Stakusit is one of the leading European producers of system technology for window products. Its core competences are intelligent rolling blinds and insect protection systems.

Felix Frohn-Bernau, CEO of ARQUES and responsible for the execution of the sale, had this to say about the deal: "We are extremely satisfied with the results of this transaction, both for SKS Group and for the shareholders. The considerable commitment of Lincoln International with regards the formulation of the Investment Story as well as the excellent running of the process, was of great value to us".
