Lincoln International Represents Suntron Corporation in the Sale of Suntron-Iowa, Inc. to Nortech Systems Inc.

 

CHICAGO, February 26, 2007  Lincoln International acted as financial advisor to Suntron Corporation (NASDAQ: SUNN), (Suntron), a manufacturer of complex products for the electronic manufacturing services (EMS) industry, in the sale of its Midwest operation, Suntron-Iowa, Inc. (Suntron-Iowa). Suntron-Iowa was sold to Nortech Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: NSYS), (Nortech), a leading provider of full-service EMS products.

 

Lincoln International enjoys a longstanding relationship with Suntron and worked closely with the company and Suntron-Iowa's senior management team in every aspect of the transaction. The firm evaluated the strategic rationale for the deal, interacted with Nortech and other potential acquirers, coordinated the due diligence process, and assisted with the negotiation of the purchase agreement.
