Lincoln Partners Building Products Group Advises on Eighth Completed Assignment in Twelve Months
November 18, 2005 Chicago, IL Lincoln Partners, a leading middle-market investment bank, today announced the sale of a majority interest in WL Plastics to Sequel Holdings, Crow/Kaminski Capital and Falcon Investment Advisors. The WL Plastics management team will continue to own a significant stake in the company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
WL Plastics is a leading manufacturer of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pressure pipe in the United States, primarily serving the oil and gas, municipal water, mining and industrial markets. WL Plastics three facilities are located in Casper, Wyo., Cedar City, Utah and Gillette, Wyo.
