Lincoln International completed 15 Automotive and Truck transactions in 2010, making us one of the most active middle market groups in this space. The firm has a wide range of experience in advising both automotive and truck component manufacturers on a wide range of transactions. Many of our transactions have a cross border element to them, leveraging Lincoln International’s international footprint and reflecting the continuing industry trend for suppliers to be able to support OEMs on a global basis.
