Lincoln International seeks to hire outstanding MBA graduates and has an active on-campus recruiting program at leading MBA programs.  We select new associates that have both strong cognitive and interpersonal abilities.  We train our associates to become not only great investment bankers, but also leaders.

Associates at Lincoln International interact closely with senior bankers in the firm and as performance warrants, with senior executives of the firm's clients. An Associate at Lincoln International holds a demanding position, as the individual must be able to work on multiple transactions at any one time.   Associates will also be expected to contribute to the internal strengthening of our firm including a commitment to Analyst development.

We are looking for candidates who are committed to excellence, are motivated by the prospect of building a leading mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, believe work should be fun, and want to rapidly develop their skills, both personally and professionally.
