Recent or upcoming college graduates join Lincoln International as Analysts. The responsibilities of an Analyst at Lincoln International revolve around working in a team environment on a variety of mergers and acquisitions-related transactions. Central to our success, and also to our culture, is a commitment to professional development.

Analysts are responsible for:

  • Conducting research as it pertains to industries and markets;
  • Interacting with the senior executives of client companies in the preparation and presentation of materials;
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all presentation materials, including offering materials prepared on behalf of clients and client presentations; and
  • Supporting the marketing activities of the firm as they relate to an industry group and participation in the firm's analyst recruiting efforts.
