Milan Saric-Toplica

Milan is a Managing Director in Lincoln’s Technology, Media & Telecom Group. He works closely with corporate and private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions in the software, cybersecurity and tech-enabled services.

Milan has vast experience leading the execution of M&A transactions as a well-informed advisor and brings an entrepreneurial spirit to the firm. He is an experienced board member with broad management and deal experience in various transaction services.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Milan was a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey as well as Managing Director and executive board member at goetzpartners Corporate Finance GmbH working with corporates and financial sponsors.

Milan has a diploma in industrial engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt in Germany. He speaks German, English and Serbian.
