Lincoln Partners Represents Graphic Solutions, Inc. in a Recapitalization with Thrall Enterprises, Inc.
Chicago, Illinois - Graphic Solutions, Inc. ("Graphic Solutions"), a family-owned manufacturer of industrial graphic products announced today that it has received a significant investment from Thrall Enterprises, Inc. to fund its rapid growth and new product development initiatives. Graphic Solutions is planning to change its name to Graphic Solutions International, LLC, a name that management believes better exemplifies the Company's expanding marketplace.
Founded in 1985 by siblings, Suzanne and Bob Zaccone, in Burr Ridge, Illinois, Graphic Solutions has grown from a standard commercial printer to a company specializing in advanced conductive printing technologies, which include products such as printed sensors, electroluminescent ("EL") lamps, radio frequency identification ("RFID") antennas, printed circuitry, and thin flexible printed batteries for microelectronics. In addition to these products, Graphic Solutions is an ISO9001 and QS9000 certified printer of customized pressure sensitive labels, security thread, aluminum nameplates and polycarbonate panels used in a wide variety of end markets.
Thrall Enterprises is a family-owned holding company with corporate offices in Chicago. Through its Nazdar subsidiary, Thrall Enterprises manufactures and distributes screen printing, digital inks and related supplies, and industrial coatings.
